Playing up Amtrak trains as an alternative to flying, especially in corridors under 500 miles, this poster puts a modern new gas-turbine powered RTL Turboliner front and center. According to a 1977 national timetable, the RTL Turboliners "offer a smooth, quiet ride in an air-conditioned, entirely carpeted interior (walls and ceilings as well as floors)."
